南瓜发糕(可以做14粒)
材料:
南瓜泥 140g
细糖 100g
自发面粉 400g
水 300g
做法:
1)细糖加入水中搅匀,再将糖水加入南瓜泥拌匀。
2)筛入面粉拌匀。
3)倒入已放入纸托的铁模中约9分满,
4)放入已煮滚水的锅中,大火蒸20分钟。
